For the third year in a row, we’ve compiled a list of fun, unusual and down right creepy Halloween events taking place this year. Let us know if you want to get a group of up to 24 together and book one of our Mercedes Sprinter shuttles or party bus so no one has to drive. We’ll even stock the coolers for you. ZOMBIEFEST 2015

We’ve heard the Zombies go all out for “Zombie Fest”. From creepy decorations, a zombie dance cage to old horror movies – expect this party to be as fun and weird as ever! Live music from The Madd Hatters, The Phantom Playboys, and from Richmond, VA, the Cashmere Jungle Lords.

Paranormal Ghost Tours Poplar Grove Plantation

In celebration of 35  years of business at Poplar Grove, they are switching things up for Halloween this year. The Manor House will be open for paranormal ghost tours. The tour will include history of the property, a scroll of the dead, and showcase rooms for paranormal activity.

Groups are limited to 15; adult tickets are $15. Four Fridays in October. Tours on the hour @ 7 pm, 8 pm & 9 pm.

All Hallows Masquerade at Poplar Grove Plantation

A 21+ masquerade/costume party  highlighting the architecture and preservation progress of the historic 1850’s Manor House. This All Hallows Masquerade is in support of Poplar Grove’s mission of conservation, education, and preservation.

Batty Battleship’s Halloween Bash – Great for Kids!

Come have fun aboard the Battleship NORTH CAROLINA for the 6th annual Batty Battleship’s Halloween Bash. Carnival festivities, trick or treating, bounce house, and a petting zoo.
Some activities are weather dependent. Last ticket sold at 7:30 p.m.

Paws 4 People Second Annual Casino Night Benefit @ Coastline Convention Center

Admission: $50/person
A fun night of casino games, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres. All proceeds benefit paws4people foundation, a national non-profit based in Wilmington which provides certified Service Dogs to children and veterans with disabilities at no cost to the recipients.

Haunted house, corn maze, and zombie hunt…what more could you want for a Halloween experience!? You can be a part of our haunted tradition and see why Legacy Farms is Duplin County’s biggest and scariest haunted attraction!

You can expect to see graveyards, concessions, streaming horror movies on our big screen, zombie hunts, our newly designed six acre haunted corn maze, and an expanded horror house with new twists and turns. And by popular demand there are no guides to lead you through this year, so you’ll be on your own to survive.

Downtown Wilmington Haunted Pub Crawl

Hoist a pint or three inside the bowels of old Wilmington’s most actively haunted pubs. Hear eerie tales that will both shiver ye timbers & make ye laugh so hard ye’ll swab the decks. From the disreputable obsession of the merry wench Gallus Meg to the barbarous haunts of a notorious madman, ye’ll be beggin’ to be keelhauled before it’s all over. Aargh! This unique 2.5-hour adventure is closed to ye cabin boys & girls so in order to touch this booty ye must be 21 or older & prove it.

Haunt the Aquarium for Halloween Fun

Admission is $11.00 for children and adults.Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Kids 2 and under are admitted free.

Bring the kids to the aquarium for early Halloween trick-or-treating! Candy stations, special programs and decorations provide a fun and safe Halloween building for this event.

NHHS Lyceum Academy Haunted House – 2015 details coming soon.

Haunted House put on by the students of New Hanover High School Lyceum Academy. Includes 28 rooms. The haunted attraction raises money for educational trips and programs. Cost: $10
