At Event Shuttle Service, we want you to have the ultimate limo service experience. Here’s what to expect when you ride with us:

Booking a Custom Event

1. After you’ve had a chance to look at our site, touch base with us. You can do that via phone or with our Request a Quote form. We’ll work out your trip with you and give you a quote. If you’d like, we’ll schedule a time for you to see our vehicles. If you already know which one you’d like to book, we can take your reservation over the phone.

2. When you book your vehicle, if the event is more than 14 days out, you’ll need to pay 20% of the total fee. The balance can be paid anytime before the day of the event. If the event is less than 7 days away, full payment will be needed at the time of your reservation.

3. On the day of the event, you’ll receive a call from your driver confirming the time and the pick up address. He (or she) will also find out what your drink preferences are to be sure the van is stocked with a selection of your favorite beers, wines, sodas, and waters.

4. We’ll pick you up right on time and do everything in our power to make sure you have an incredible night!

Booking a Scheduled Event

If you see an Upcoming Event and you’d like to reserve your ride, all you have to do is give us a call. We’ll take your information over the phone and get you squared away.
